Programs that serve children
The Program Profile collects information about the program, lets programs set up classrooms and assign teachers to classrooms. If the program has applied to YoungStar, the information on individual staff members, classrooms, and the program is transferred electronically to the Department of Children and Families daily.
To set up the Program Profile, programs will need their:
- DCF Facility Number (printed on the license) OR
- DWD CARES Number PLUS
- Staff with Registry Memberships after 1/1/2009
Training Sponsors also need to set up their Program Profile to manage their online account, submit training events for approval, enter rosters, and use the online registration module.
