System maintenance for The Registry website is scheduled for July 11, 2017, at 5:00 PM until 12:00 AM. This maintenance will help improve our infrastructure and speed up overall service.
Because of the browsing history stored on computers, some users may experience issues accessing The Registry website within the first 48 hours following maintenance. If you are experiencing difficulties accessing our website, please try the following:
A. Close all browser windows and try again. If you are still unable to sign in, please continue reading.
B. You may need to clean some of the old data stored on your computer. To do so, please follow these instructions:
1.) Make sure all browser windows are closed.
2.) Click the Windows Start icon in the lower left corner of your screen.
3.) In the Windows Start menu search bar, type CMD and select the “Command Prompt” program. The “Command
Prompt” program may also be referred to as “Windows Command Processer” or “CMD” in older versions of Windows.
4.) With the Command Prompt window open, enter the following command: ipconfig/flushdns
5.) Re-open your browser window. You should be able to sign in to The Registry system.
